Postcards and other stuff

This week I received another postcard from the swap. I secretly fear thatI won't get them all. I guess that'd be okay. All part of paying it forward. Speaking of paying it forward, for lent I am paying it forward in some way everyday. Yesterday I paid it forward by bathing the dog, cleaning the frogs tank, letting hubby pick the movie, and working on a blanket I am crocheting.
Today I paid it forward by smiling at strangers, and crocheting more on the blanket.
My adventure for today was to visit an art museum and I took my sketch book and wrote notes within, on creative ideas for later. Oh what fun!!

This is my mixed media art from a workshop I took recently. I wasn't happy with the big picture, but when I cut it into pieces and made postcards and ATC's from it, I loved it!

Postcards are fun

I have received 4 of my 11 postcards to date. I love getting fun stuff in the mail. I can't wait to receive more fun mail.

I also got my first email reply from a postcardee (is there such a word), whom I sent a postcard out to.

Musings on Reality

I joined a mixed media postcard swap, and have received 3 of the 11 postcards so far. Oh, how I love getting good mail. Today I mailed out 11 postcards. I hope the receivers enjoy the art I made. I also made an extra to mail to my mail art buddy.
